When setting up electronic forms, you can apply permissions so that parents only see those forms if their children are members of particular groups (year groups, houses, custom groups etc.).
However, if you use a pupil pick list on the form itself, that pick list will display all children in the family, regardless of whether they are members of those groups.
This means that parents can complete forms that are designed for particular year groups for children that are not in those year groups.
It would be great if the pupil pick list was filtered by the permissions set on the form so that forms cannot be incorrectly completed in this way.
