Some form of automated notification when reports go live (and when the deadline is approaching).

Ideal this could be an email to report writers, but it could also be a posting on the Daily Bulletin.

    Our previous MIS had a pie chart which appeared when reports were opened. It started out as Amber and changed to Green when reports completed. Once the deadline had been reached it went Red. Teachers either loved it or hated it but now they don't have it, they all miss it!
