Currently, when using the adding notes to Notes categories in Student Manager, there is no ability to restrict access. I know we can have No Access, Read, Write and Modify settings applied for notes as a whole but we are very used to being able to allocate notes to certain groups in our old database so that we could use notes in a more useful way. All information is now stored in Student Manager be it in Documents or Notes and the security applied but it would be good to have greater flexibility with the Notes categories to be able to give information to the staff.
