The Staff Member dropdown on both Add New Concern, and Add Staff to Visibility lists ALL Users in iSAMS - even those who have left, and have disabled accounts.
We need to keep both our User table and Staff table for a period of time to retain history, so do not want to delete them from iSAMS to get around this issue.
And our DSL Team has requested we need to remove leavers from the Staff selection lists.
Please can you consider filtering the Staff list based on account status?
