Duplicate a seating plan for all the dates/papers of the same exam
For example, see the attached screenshot (from 2023). For Biology the seating plan would be the same on both dates (16/05 and 09/05), for both papers of the exam. Replicating it manually the second time is not efficient.
It would be efficient to do the arrangements for all dates at once, or to create the plan once for the first date and then just duplicate it for the next. It would save a lot of time. It is unlikely that the seating plan will change for the same subject.
