If we record vaccinations, the date the vaccination was given is a required field. However, we don't actually need the date given and don't request it from parents. So iSAMS forces us to enter a made-up date. We use the date that the record was added which is patently false. This needs to be changed as it is not good practice for GDPR. The solution is not for us to process the actual date given information that we don't need. "The iSAMS system needs it" isn't really enough of a reason for collecting and storing data in this case. I'm giving this a high importance because it is a GDPR issue.
