Parent Portal Activation Reminder

Currently there is no option in student manager or Parent Portal module to send the reminders to the parents who have not activated their iParent app or parent portal account yet.

Administrators only can see who has activated the account who has not by adding the PPS option in student manger. The security option in parent portal manager does not allow to filter or extract the list as well.

This is will help to ensure all our parents are using the iSAMS Parent portal or app. It is essential for the schools to ensure 100% use of the subscriptions and services of iSAMS.

    The Manage Redundant Users section in Parent Portal Manager > Security will help to identify any accounts that have never been used or have not been used in the past 12 months.
    Exporting the list of accounts could be a potential security risk, however allowing a filter on this page may be something that we can consider in the future.

    This would be really helpful, as it's currently not easy to identify which families have not yet registered.

    We're trying to use the PPS column but it's not sortable. If we could sort on it we could send our template email out more easily than wading through almost 1700 names to spot the status icons.
