We have several credits on sales accounts but the direct debit calculations do not take this into consideration. We have opted for the brought forward balances to be shown on the invoices but have had several parents saying that there is an error in the calculation of the direct debits as it has not taken a brought forward credit into the equation. This applies particularly to leavers who have siblings in the school and have had the sibling deposit credited to their account.
