Dear Dev Team,
From a registration management perspective, it would be highly beneficial to enhance the Registration Manager > Configuration > Out Of School Settings by allowing the Default Out of School Times to reflect times based on each division, rather than applying a single generic default time.
For instance, in our case, the out-of-school times differ between the Primary School and Senior School divisions:

Friday |

08:30 - 15:00 |
08:30 - 12:30 |
Senior School |
08:00 - 15:35 |
08:30 - 13:05 |
Currently, the system allows only one default time, which is not flexible enough to accommodate such division-specific schedules. Introducing this functionality would greatly streamline the registration process and improve overall accuracy.
Thank you for considering this enhancement. I believe this change would have a positive impact on schools with different scheduling needs across divisions.

Thank you for your suggestion. We are currently working on enhancements to the Out of School/Future Absence functionality that will include your suggestion. I will post updates here as the project progresses.
