It would be really useful if iSAMS can enhance the Register Alert Email template by incorporating additional placeholders such as:
1. Subject ClassCode
2. Location/Class
3. Period Name
Teachers will greatly benefit from this enhancement as it provides them with precise details about the class in question, including which class code is involved, the location or room where the class is held, and the period name. This level of detail will help teachers quickly identify which class the alert pertains to, reducing confusion and enabling them to respond more effectively to the alert.
As someone with safeguarding responsibility, I'd love this. Even better, if it was possible to include quick links to the student who is subject of the alert's Student Manager page, that would allow my team to quickly find other timetabled lessons, attendance summary and key medical information with one click. This would improve the speed with which we can respond to safeguarding concerns about a child's whereabouts.
