Dear iSAMS,
On the Reward and Conduct Manager, teachers have been feedback whether the pupil name can be displayed as Preferred Forename and Surname rather than Forename and Surname when they are given a merit ticket etc. As always, pupils are known by their Preferred Name, so it is very handy to display that.

We support this too - it would also be consistent with other areas of the system.
Can you also add Year to the notification? As we have students with the same name and the Housemaster receiving the notification cannot identify which student has been sanctioned.
