We are constantly sending emails to multiple parents that require different information for a particular student. Doing a mail merge in Outlook is time-consuming because we first have to gather the data from iSAMS, transfer it to Excel, and then use Outlook. Additionally, scheduling emails should be more efficient and readily available to streamline our work
