Dynamic Custom Groups on Student Manager and Fee billing.

The existing custom groups are completely static, any changes on the groups need to be done manually. As Dynamic Groups we are using saved searches created with the Query builder where we can combine several fields for filtering a group of students, this works very well in student manager where you can select the students and do different actions from the pink drop down menu. But these saved searches are not available in Fees Billing.

So my suggestion is to add a tab in the Custom Groups Manager that allows for Dynamic Custom Groups, based on a save search. So these Dynamic Custom Groups are visible in Fees Billing.... Or add the saved searches feature to Fee billing so we can apply charges quickly using the saved searches as Dynamic Groups.
