When looking to compare rewards/conduct data year on year, it would be ideal to have a built-in report added showing the correct data for the correct year. For example, if producing a rewards report for academic year 2023-2024 the form group should show as the previous year's form class (e.g. 6J) as opposed to the current year's form class (e.g. 7C) so it accurately reflects the data when captured.
