The Applicants, Pupils & Alumni view shows lists of names of current pupils, applicants and former students that are associated with the selected agent. For Current pupils, their current year group and form group are shown in columns are the right-hand side, but nothing at all is shown for Applicants or Former students.
The view would be much more useful if it had columns which showed basic Admissions information for each student (whether current, applicant or former), especially the Enrolment Academic Year, ideally with the ability to sort the three groups by that year.
As it stands the list of names is not a great deal of use on its own, and requires the user to have Admission open too to find out anything more, see also https://ideas.isams.com/ideas/MIS-I-331
