We have occasions where we retain a deposit rather than return it but there is no way of recording this in Fee Billing.
It would be good to have a tick box to say "Retained" so that it can't subsequently be returned in error and it isn't included in the "Deposits Held" reports.
We use this report as part of our reconciliation process for Deposits Held and it would be good if it was accurate.
Why has this simple feature not yet been added as the request was made over a year ago? We retain quite a few of our deposits, so not sure how we will record this in iSams without a 'retained' option.
