We are using R&C to notify pupils from all segments in our school.
We need the pupils' form to be in the authorization e-mail or a filter do send e-mails only to the coordination of that segment, and not to all of them.
For example: the Coordinator from Elementary School is receiving authorization e-mails from Middle School.
Agree as we have students with the same name - the Housemaster receiving the notification cannot identify which student has been sanctioned.
And also, if they receive too many emails, It can be difficult to authorize the ones that they should
This happens at our school too, and the coordinators get frustrated when they receive authorization emails that aren’t meant for their segment. We really need a filter that sends emails only to the right segment’s coordinator.
