We are creating a Portal Form for our new intake families to complete requesting essential Emergency contacts, Medical Information and Data Preferences etc. It would be really useful if we could access the Medical Fields in the Pupil Manger module to include in the form so that this information can just slot into the module when the form is approved, (rather than having to create another hard copy form just for medical details for parents to fill in and then us manually input).
