Our list of pupil contact types includes things like family friend, housekeeper and trust. These are not appropriate to have shown in the list of values for relationship to child when someone is completing a registration.
Ideally we would have a different global list so that we could have some control. But as a minimum, we need to be able to exclude some values from the default list in admissions portal forms.
Thank you for your feedback. We want you to know that the issue you raised has always been part of our roadmap. However, it falls under the larger Contacts update scheduled later this year. As you can appreciate, we are committed to meticulous planning and analysis to ensure that any enhancements we introduce do not adversely impact the wider system.

I'm shocked this isn't already a feature or wasn't implemented with the creation of the admissions portal. It's absolutely not appropriate for prospective parents to have the option of "Husband" when selection relationship type for a new pupil. It's embarrassing.
