It would be really useful if CC'd member of staff able to see the merge fields when sending an email to students. Eg when sending an email home to parents of students who were late on multiple occasions, emails are sent from the office, but sent to be sent from the Head of Year. We copy the head of year so that they could see what email went to what parents. When cc'd though, they only see the tags and don't have the information of who was sent the communication to. Thank you!
