The sender of the Email Batch Report uses the staff members Forename and not the Preferred Name. This is inconsistent with how the name is displayed to the recipients of the email which uses the Preferred Name. Our staff would prefer to see their preferred name in the batch report or to have the batch report sent by a system email address instead.
